New Product: Aquatree Ecosystem Container

The Aquatree Ecosystem Container is a modular, tower-based system in a 20-foot container that grows sprouts, microgreens, and lettuce. Features include:

• Monthly commercial output: The container can produce up to 6,500 pounds of bean sprouts, 1,250 heads of lettuce, and 400 pounds of microgreens per month.
• Easy to use: With a “plug-and-play” design, the Aquatree Ecosystem is simple to assemble and comes with harvesting as well as packing stations built in.
• Energy efficiency: It’s common for container farms to use 100 amps of electricity to operate, but the Aquatree Ecosystem requires only 50 amps.
• Food safety: The container comes with E.coli, Listeria, and Salmonella testing built in.
• Reduced water use: With its recycled water system, the container can easily reclaim and purify water. It also helps reduce mold growth.
• Delivering live produce: Since the Aquatree Ecosystem can grow microgreens in commercial packaging, it allows growers to deliver live produce to their consumers.
