Peter Konjoian

Peter Konjoian is a private sector researcher and former commercial greenhouse grower and farmer. He and an agricultural economist are in their third year producing the podcast The Grower and the Economist. Peter has had a continuous presence as an industry trade publication author for over four decades and he has also presented 630 conference seminars on a wide range of topics from crop scheduling, his label expanding Florel research, family business management, profitability of floriculture crops, hydroponic production of food crops, and irrigation system sanitation. He served two elected terms on the OFA (now American Hort) board of directors and chaired the Grower Committee whose main responsibility was creating the grower education program for each year’s July Short Course (now Cultivate).
