Angus Martin started Better Day Farms in Tulsa, OK, in 2022. The farm is a 12,000 sq ft NFT hydroponic greenhouse specializing in lettuce and herb production. Better Day Farms was established to address food security issues in the North Tulsa area and has since supplied over 500,000 heads of lettuce to schools and food banks throughout the Midwest. Angus is a serial entrepreneur, having previously owned one of the largest mental health clinics in Oklahoma, and is currently the COO of The Birch Co, a publicly traded construction company specializing in luxury homes and commercial construction.
