Partnering Up: Sollum Technologies and Damatex

On May 22, 2024, Sollum Technologies and Damatex teamed up to make greenhouse management more efficient. Both companies hope to streamline daily operations in the greenhouse by combining Sollum’s Sun as a Service (SUNaaS) technology and Damatex’s climate control systems.

As a result of this partnership, growers could have more control in the greenhouse and yield better crops with less operational downtime. Damatex’s technology complements Sollum’s advanced lighting solutions, as it manages production control, ventilation, heating, cooling and irrigation.

By merging their technologies together, Sollum and Damatex let growers manage all their greenhouse functions on one platform. This reduces the need for manual checking, improves operational flexibility and gives growers more control over their crops.

The companies partnered up in hopes of enhancing greenhouse operations and helping the CEA industry evolve. What do you think of this partnership? Let us know in the comments.
