Leciel – Greenhouse Vegetables Reaches 1 Million Square Feet of Greenhouse Space
November 21, 2024 Leciel – Greenhouse Vegetables, a family-owned business that is committed to producing local vegetables, recently reached 1 million square feet of greenhouse production. This achievement reflects the company’s growth and a longstanding partnership with Harnois Greenhouses, which has provided most of its plastic greenhouses, including their latest 65,000-square-foot gutter connected Luminosa greenhouse complex.
With three sites strategically located across Quebec, Leciel ensures year-round production, bolstering the province’s food sovereignty. The company cultivates a diversity of six crops and 20 varieties, including radishes, where it leads in Quebec.
