Submit Your Proposal
Prospective speakers are encouraged to provide detailed proposals, including, but not limited to the following:
- Session format: Single/co-presentation, panel discussion, workshop, facilitated small group discussion, or keynote.
- Session specifics: Title, description, and key attendee takeaways.
- Speaker details: Contact information, social media handles, professional biography, and headshot.
Proposals should focus on relevant and timely topics, including but not limited to:
- Real-world grower success stories and lessons learned.
- Innovations in seed breeding and genetics.
- Best practices for integrating energy- and water-efficient systems.
- Innovations in artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and data-driven agriculture with proven impact on yield or efficiency.
- Crop-specific growing strategies (e.g., for soft fruit, mushrooms, leafy greens).
- Codes and standards applying to greenhouse operations.
- Permitting guidance for greenhouse expansions.
- Financial planning, tax incentives, and ROI strategies for farmers.

In collaboration with GLASE, the CEAg World Conference and Expo content team and advisory board will prioritize proposals featuring expertise from growers or real-world case studies.
