Alex Sereno
Director - Raleigh Regional Office of USDA Risk Management Agency
Alex Sereno is the Director of the USDA Risk Management Agency’s Raleigh Regional Office (RO). The Raleigh RO administers the Federal Crop Insurance program in the 14 states from North Carolina to Maine. Alex has been with the USDA since 2011 and has served as Director of the RO since 2018. Alex has a BS in Agricultural Economics from Clemson University, and a Masters’ in Economics from North Carolina State University. He lives in Raleigh with his wife and two children.
