Terry Vandercook

Terry Vandercook is the Sales Development Coordinator at Legacy Labor, Inc.  In his role Terry works directly with the organization’s current and future customer base to assist nurseries, controlled environment agriculture growers, greenhouses, and farmers meet their workforce needs through utilization of the H-2A temporary agricultural labor program.   His ongoing passion for both agriculture and workforce leads to the development of innovative talent solutions for Legacy Labor partnered growers.  As a licensed Farm Labor Contractor, Legacy Labor provides quality dependable H-2A labor throughout the United States.    

Prior to joining the Legacy Labor team, Vandercook led a regional economic development organization in Northwest Lower Michigan.  Throughout his career, Terry has focused on the synergy and prosperity that is found at the confluence of workforce, business, and community development.      

Terry Vandercook is a United States Air Force retired veteran with in-depth experience in team development, staffing, and human resources.
